Naam Jap Sathi is a chanting companion for personal spiritual practice, made by WillingWorks ("we"). By using the app you accept these terms.
Your account
Your account is tied to your phone number. You are responsible for keeping access to that number; we may suspend accounts that abuse the service (automation, fraud, or attempts to manipulate the leaderboard).
Cost
Naam Jap Sathi is free. Every feature is available to everyone, with no advertising, no trial period and nothing held back for payment. Optional support purchases are voluntary gifts towards the running costs: they unlock nothing, change nothing about your account, and are non-refundable except as Google Play provides. They are billed and managed by Google Play, at the prices it shows at the time of purchase. What is received and what is spent is published in the app, on the ledger.
Counting accuracy
Voice counting uses on-device speech recognition and is best-effort: it can occasionally miscount. Manual entry is always available to correct your record. Counts, streaks, and badges are for your personal practice and carry no monetary value.
The service
The app is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. We may add, change, or retire features over time, and we may discontinue the service with reasonable notice. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the app in the preceding 12 months.
Your content
Your name, photo, and display name must not impersonate others or contain unlawful or abusive content; we may remove content that does.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts at Gurugram, Haryana having jurisdiction.
